Green Chef notified us of its pending delivery by e-mail, a very nice feature of their service. The box arrived via UPS ground, taking three days to arrive. The delivery people keep my leaving the The box on top of the lamp near my gate. This have been happening for a super long time. My mom have a been bad back problems and it is super hard for my mom to get my box. Someday we will cancel using Green Chef if you guys don’t stop. I received my 1st box yesterday and 1 of the meals was missing the chicken. I reached out to customer support and they told me they would not send out the chicken that was supposed to be in the box.
